Free Throw Master Certification Program

Requirements in order for you to become a member of the FTMA:

1) Make a one-time payment of $100 for our services below.

2) Once payment is submitted, you will receive instructions on how to access your unique, safe and secure "members only" area page.

Inside this "members only" area, you will receive instructions on:

a) Filming your current shooting form.

b) Creating a free youtube account and upload shooting video to your "members only" account.

c) Sending us (via e-mail) the "embed code" from your youtube shooting video.

d) Sending us (via fax or email) your shooting certification results.

3) Once your shooting video is loaded in the "members only" area, Ed Palubinskas and our FTMA Staff will begin evaluating your shooting form.

4) Included in your application fee is the ability to take our online e-course on shooting. Information contained in this e-course is presented by Ed Palubinskas both in writing and on video. You will be required to pass an online test regarding this e-course information.

5) Lastly, once certified, we will provide you with information on how you can now run your own FTMA and NBSA (National Basketball Shooters Association) sponsored shooting clinics and events.
